On the back side of the card, what is the purpose of the 36 X's? It works with the design, but maybe seems a bit like filler. The front side would be quite interesting if there was a vectorized version of Mr. Ong's face coming through behind the color. It would make that person much more unforgettable.
Overall I think this design is great, and am very impressed!
